Bharat Apostille is a document authentication service brand operated by Oplentix Tech Private Limited, a company registered under the laws of India. We facilitate apostille, attestation, embassy legalisation, and translation services for personal, educational, and commercial documents issued in India.

Important: We are a professional document facilitation service. We are not a government entity. We assist clients in navigating the official document authentication process through authorised government channels including the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), state authorities, and embassies. We are not affiliated with or authorised by MEA or any government body.

2. Services Offered

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • MEA Apostille for documents intended for use in Hague Convention member countries.
  • Embassy attestation and legalisation for non-Hague Convention countries.
  • State-level authentication by the Home Department, HRD (Education) Department, or Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), as applicable to the document type.
  • Notarisation and translation of documents.
  • Document collection and delivery through courier services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. By placing a service order, you represent that the documents submitted are genuine and legally obtained.

4. Document Submission

  • Clients are responsible for providing original, genuine, and legally valid documents for processing.
  • We do not verify the authenticity of documents provided to us. Any false, forged, or fraudulent documents submitted are the sole responsibility of the client.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if documents appear to be tampered with, forged, or obtained illegally.

5. Processing Time

  • Estimated processing times are provided based on standard government processing periods and are subject to change.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by government authorities, embassies, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We will keep you informed about the progress of your documents and any changes to the estimated timeline.

6. Fees and Payment

  • Service fees are communicated before processing begins and vary based on document type, destination country, and urgency of service.
  • Payment must be made in advance or as per the agreed payment schedule before documents are submitted for processing.
  • All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Government fees, embassy charges, and courier costs are charged separately and communicated beforehand.

7. Cancellation and Refund

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We act as a facilitator between the client and government/embassy authorities. The final decision to authenticate, apostille, or attest a document rests with the relevant authority.
  • We are not liable for rejection of documents by government authorities or embassies for any reason, including but not limited to document defects, policy changes, or administrative decisions.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total service fee paid by the client for that specific service.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Document Safety

  • We handle all documents with care and maintain confidentiality throughout the process.
  • While we take reasonable precautions, we are not liable for loss or damage to documents during transit through third-party courier services.
  • We recommend that clients retain copies of all original documents before submission.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Oplentix Tech Private Limited and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
